Latest cpanel WHM 56 is now using Perl version v5.22.1.

root@server [/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl]# /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl -v |grep version
This is perl 5, version 22, subversion 1 (v5.22.1) built for x86_64-linux-64int

The uninstall script provided by Attracta (/scripts/attracta/uninstall-attracta) is calling for the wrong perl binary and will cause syntax errors.

Please try below command to remove attracta:

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/bin/perl /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/attracta/scripts/uninstall-attracta
—

Hopefully attracta support will correct this in future installations.
